Well I looked around and couldn't find one, if there's one archived somewhere maybe the mods can bump it and roll them together but Edgar deserves his own thread. I mean if Mr. Muggles and the long dead Linderman can have one then certainly Ray Park deserves a shout out.

It's quite easy, here's a screenshot to help you out

When you set up an account you give your mail and ID etc (same as here), then all you have to do is find the carnie club http://carnieboys.deviantart.com/ and on the upper right corner you'll see a "deviantwatch" button. "Watching" means adding someone as a friend, plus in this case you automatically become a member and see your avatar among the rest of the members (see pic above). Once you've joined dA, you "submit art" (on your profile page, button on upper right corner) ("submit art" = posting anything, from art/banners/icons to texts/fics/gifs). Your art/pics is added in your own gallery. But since you want it to be part of the Carnieboys gallery too (your AWESOME Edgar icons for instance) you just "note" the club with a link to wherever your stuff is (see yellow "note" button on the upper right corner) or just.. comment on the Carnieboys profile page, with a link to your deviation ( deviation = your screencaps/fics/icons/whatever that you have already posted in your own account).
