This week's SOD features an interview with Ali Sweeney, and this week's SOW features an interview with Galen Gering.

Rafe sneaks into Sami's apartment to get a DNA sample in order to prove that Sydney is Sami's biological daughter. Ali Sweeney explains Sami's reaction: "She is thrilled, relieved, glad he's ok and pissed that he sent her an email breaking up with her, and now he's here, kissing her." However, Galen Gering offers a different slant to SOW on Rafe's reaction: "Sami is the last person Rafe wants to see at this point. He's trying to protect her. Rafe doesn't want to tell Sami he suspects Nicole has taken her baby and that Sydney is her child, and end up being wrong."

Rafe doesn't tell Sami anything about his investigations, because he wants to wait until he can establish that Sami is Sydney's mother. Sweeney previews that Rafe and Sami make love, and then Sami asks Rafe why he's come back. Rafe says he can't tell her, and Sami and Rafe agree that Sami won't question him too much.

Rafe tells Sami not to let anyone know he's back. Gering explains, "As far as Rafe is concerned, Nicole and Stefano are the reason he was attacked in the first place, because Meredith mentioned something about Stefano. If they know he's back and investigating, he could be in more danger."

Nicole then comes over Sami's apartment, but Rafe hides. Then, Rafe goes to send the DNA sample to his contact, while Sami goes to the DiMera mansion to see EJ. SOD says that Sami and EJ "reach a new understanding", after which they go to Grace's grave together.

Ummm, when's he gonna go to work?

So excited. I love it, love it, love it.

Finally,let's get to the end of the baby switch saga!!!

Well its good to see Safe still has its spark. Now lets get the baby switch s/l over with and get Sami her baby back so she can move on with her life with Rafe. Then Lucas comes back and we got some more action going on. Can't wait.

I'm looking forward to that too. When Lucas gets back he can give Rafe a run for the money--if he just WILL!!!

Yes but if Sami opens a daycare like Brady suggersted a while back then Caroline could take a sobaitical from babysitting lol Sami would be able to spend time with her kids and make money for her self. Though if the writers have not dropped it I believe she was to be working for Maggie.

That is a good idea and snce Rafe has this connection with DNA testing, maybe it is time to test Sami's kids after Stefano's crack about her not knowing who any of their fathers are ... maybe we could clear up that bit about Johnny and he will be like he was the first time the DNA was ran, Lucas' child.

What kind of an understanding? This doesn't sound good at all. I really want Lucas to come back and stir things up.

It is probable that they will stop fight all the time and try to raise Johnny, and put him first. I don't think it is anything big.

I love the last part staight after making love to Rafe Sami goes to staight to see EJ it tells me who she really loves because there is no way she would done that when she and EJ were still hating each other and they even go to Grace's together i bet its Sami that ask's EJ to with her i bet Rafe is not going like that i just read a interview with GG and he says Rafe was not happy when he found Sami with EJ well he better get used because Ejami find out Sydney is their child he is going to feel like outsider and i bet Sami will longing to be with EJ when she with Rafe.

It's more likely to be the other way around. If she ends up petering around with EJ, she will be wishing for Rafe. Rafe will be busy trying to get her baby back, but she won't know that. Rafe wants her happy, even if that's without him.

He has kneejerk jealous reactions, sure, but he'll leave her to do as she wants, he generally always does.

Interesting take but I totally disagree with this. I think Sami goes to Grace’s Grave with EJ because Rafe is back, she knows he still loves her, and she loves him and she is secure in that love. She will be feeling great after they have just made love and will want to call a ‘truce’ with EJ of sorts.
The interview in SOW with GG also says that he has thought about the baby brining EJ and Sami together and if it does so be it! He knows Sami loves him and EJ is a jerk. He is confident about Sami’s love for him and that’s what I love about Safe. Sami loves him to death and he’s crazy about her they are adorable! Safe are a couple deeply in love, no games, no lies, no tricks, no guessing, no doubt – they just are.

Now EJ is planning his next plot with Arianna and digging around trying to find dirt on Rafe... sigh...some things never change. EJ is going to be sniffing around Arianna. Didn’t you see the twinkle in his eye when he realised that Ari was working his patch? And he hasn’t even seen her yet. I must say I am looking forward to seeing what happens with those two as he is going to enjoy her spunk as well as sensitivity – some good scenes coming up.

Back to the graveyard scene...obviously another bone being thrown out by TPTB. I mean what about the close moment between EJ and Sami that was supposed to happen after Sami and Stefano had a confrontation?

Hey someone needs to point it out to me specifically when that happened because I sure didn’t see anything. Well I think this graveyard scene is going to be like that one because if EJ gets too close he may even smell the scent of a new perfume on Sami – she’s the only one wearing it right now and it’s called ‘Rafe.’

Keep telling yourself that its going so sweet Sami dumps Rafe for EJ we all know its going to happen yes Sami does love Rafe but its Safe love its EJ that has her heart deep down its him she dreamt about been married to before she got with her second choice man i was laughing when she declared her love for him staight after she found out EJ had turned evil again thats when i knew this relationship was disaster from day one. Sami will go after EJ this time and this will drive Rafe crazy we all know how jealous he of EJ and when Ejami find out they have daughter together this make him go beserk. EJ is going turn his back on his father this is what Sami always wanted they share two kids together Sydney bring them closer and Rafe won't be able to handle he seems like the jealous type to me he knows Sami still loves EJ deep down he said to her in WP.

...anyway.....Sami has only had thoughts of Rafe lately...i would say for her own sanity it would make sense to make "peace" with EJ for the sake of Johnny and then Syd obviously. On EJ turning his back on Stefano...it might happen but won't last....just like Lucas has turned his back on Kate 150,000,000 times....at the end Stefano is the only fatha EJ has and we all know that even if he tried Stefano won't let him get away with it....I see EJ as Stefano's soldier....going with what Kenny Corday said this would do to his character....

I wasn't well i was suffering from very bad cold and you when your feeling under the weather you don't feel anything i hope we are ok i am sorry for coming down hard you the last time we spoke. I read is from interview that JS gave last week on 23 October it should be coming out soon so we see it online that EJ and Sami will having alot of hot story coming up what ever that means. EJ will not forgive his father for letting him grieve for a child that wasn't his and helping Nicole cover up her lie. I think Sami still loves EJ and Rafe is going get dumped its to easy reunite Safe just like that i would of been more if Ejami reunite first let see what happens i think the explosive twist will Sami loving EJ in the end. Something bad will happen to EJ may Stefano will have one of hitmen gun him down as revenge for deserting him and this is when Sami admits a real feelings for EJ and tells him how much she loves him.

I was beginning to wonder what if you and Annie just didn't want to post anymore.......No problem, I accept your apology...hope you feel better...you want Ejami and I want Lumi so I would think that we can civil because I've never disrespected you...anyway...I saw that tweet...and it says the following:

That there is a hot story for EJ.....and Sami. The interviewer put in the dots for a reason..so I tend to read between the dots and likely say the hot story is for EJ with the meltdown and this Arianna stuff going around...I would say he beds Arianna to get back at Brady and Rafe and then realizes that she too lied to him about what she wanted him for....On Stefano ordering a hit on EJ...it actually might happen when he turns his back on him, but I read a spoiler that says that EJ overhears Stefano ordering a hit on Rafe. I'm assuming that is the way Ej finds out that Stefano knew about the baby switch and played along with Nicole's deception and puts that together when he figures out that he wanted to kill Rafe so the secret wouldn't come out....it would be interesting if Rafe's life is saved by EJ ....some food for thought, would help EJ in the long run I think.

Stefano isn't the issue between them, EJ is. I think Sami has realized this too. EJ is in that life as deep a Steffie is.

Interesting that sami runs straight to ej. I am thinking that that is the only non boring part of the day. If the writers are smart they will put the safe coupling on the same day that sami runs to ej. They get both fan bases tuning in. Of course the writers have to do something so that they can say that the safe pimping is working out. If you can't get the ratings up with safe put safe on the same day with ejami and the ratings will go thru the roof.
Anyway sami and ej still love each other and I can;t wait to see the pain fo grace's death worked thru between them. And both of them together at the grave should be very touching. Me thinks this could be the begining of ejami.

They do!! I noticed that, but never posted about it. Really, make it a point to look out for it, and you'll see, that's exactly what they're doing!! They saw what Safe alone brougth in May, they've learned their lesson from that.

Sami goes there to pick up and Johnny and guess who she's babysitting, Sydney. So she also has Sydney with her. IMO it would be beneficial for the kids if EJ and Sami do come to an understanding. I watched Lucas and Sami battle for years and it wasn't good for Will. I don't mind Sami going to EJ just as long as Safe get thier alone time together with no interruptions.

I see a recreation of Lumi/Ejami but with Safe as Lumi's replacement. I'm thinking 2007/2008. How many times had Sami walked out on Lucas with some lame excuse to see EJ? Too many to count. It will be the children, EJ's breakdown, etc. We'll see how it will pan out, but that's my opinion.

I think that's something we could all agree on, no matter who we prefer Sami with.

If the writers are smart I wouldn't go down that road again (but they aren't smart so I can see that coming)....look where the ratings ended the last time...one fan base got mad as heck and the other didn't get what they wanted until 6 months later.....ratings tanked even though both couples were front burner....and let's face it Rafe doesn't know Sami like Lucas did....so let's see if they recycle that storyline again I give it 6 months before we see one of the two fanbases tuning out......OR the ratings might hold now because of Carly/Bope and the Vivian/Victor/Kate/Stefano thing that is about to brew....the writers can't get creative enough for their own good.

I think that most of us can agree that the writers aren't smart.... And to make matters worse, the producers love the fanbase wars. They apparently love to see us angry and coming back for more.

Rafe leaves and Sami goes to pick Johnny up from Ej's house and she happens to have Sydney with her cause Nicole leaves her there to babysit. There is no walking out on Rafe so what are you guys talking about? LOL.

I don't know where that comes from either. It is obviously nothing like when she got out of bed with Ej and ran to Lucas. Nope, Sami loves Rafe and is so happy he is back. She is not walking out on him. He leaves before she goes to the D'mansion to get Johnny.

I think Rafe is willing to accept her, and I think he does know her. He spent time in Quantico learning to read people. He had her figured very early on. lol.

And drove her crazy because he did.

Safe is exactly that: Safe and boring. Have tried my best to get into their storyline but can't. Don't feel like they suit one another. Ej and Sami have chemistry, it shows, and can be a really exciting, emotional storyline if they'd only let it. Theirs was a flash in pan relationship that was just beginning to get good and then abruptly ended. That was disappointing. One can only hope they bring them back together in a way that is really entertaining. And fun. F-U-N.

Would like to see Rafe and Stephanie hook up and go on an adventure together. They would make a really cute pair.

Of course there is "something there" between EJ and Sami. Just like there is "something there" between Lucas and Sami. Sami still cares about both of those guys, but she LOVES Rafe now.

The only thing I have to say to that is Lucas was her best friend and slept with Sami in their teens....but the tide turned when Lucas was on the receiving end of one of her schemes. NO man that Sami has been with has escaped her wrath and sooner or later Rafe will be on that end of something she does...and that is when we'll need to see if he's willing to look past that...what made Lumi wonderful was that they were able to BOTH get past that.....with EJ it's too one sided against Sami and with Rafe it just hasn't happened yet.
