After Sylar fixed Charlie and Hiro spoke to him about his past, I missed the thing he said right before he teleported, not sure how important it was. But when he teleported back to the alleyway, where'd Sylar go, I don't think he teleported them both there cause he didn't touch him. Wouldn't Sylar want more information and go back in for Hiro or Charlie, I'm sure he would have no problem breaking his promise and taking Charlie's power anyways.

Hiro was attempting to keep the future as it was with 1 exception, Charlie being alive.

I believe he froze time and took Sylar away from the diner.

Yes he did, and it wherever it was it wasn't anywhere near the diner. This kind of nerfs Sylar if you ask me.
