So, we all know that Sami finds out the truth from Rafe and ends up confronting Nicole when she finds her in her apartment. But no mention has been made about how EJ finds out. Any ideas?

Personally, this is what I would LIKE to see- EJ comes to Sami's apartment, looking for Nicole. He wants to talk to her, possibly thinking that maybe they could find a way to work through their "problems". He walks in on the fight between Sami and Nicole and wants to know what is going on. Sami tells him what Nicole has done and then the two of them both unleash on Nicole. I would love to see Nicole confronted by Sami and EJ together.

What do you all think? How would you like to see this all unfold?

I am going to venture that Sami and Rafe tell him together as soon as they get their hands on Sydney and stop Nicole. Or Sami might call him over with Nicole there. I think since Rafe has the exactly hard proof he will have to be there. Plus I think by this point him and Ej might have softened a touch in the mutual hate dept (as this will be after the hitman business and they both will have reasons to be thankful to the other).
Rafe does have to proceed carefully in telling as if Stefano/Nicole get wind before the get Sydney secured they may never find her!

I agree it would be GREAT for Ej and Sami to let Nicole have it, but I want RAFE there as the man who put it all together. Let them be thankful to him for all the blood, beating and work he did to help put this mom (and potentially this dad) back with it's rightful parents.

I do want Ej to soften to Nicole and still love her....no interlopers in my SAFE romance!! I'd like Nicole to have another baby/child at some point also...I liked her better as a mom.

Looking forward to another great week...NBC wanted the ratings up and I think they are getting it!

i really doubt that ej would soften up wherever nicole is concerned; i mean, right now he's still furious with her for lying to him about sydney. wait until he finds out she has another secret lie up her sleeve. when he finds out that she kept sydney's parentage a secret even after he gave her the chance to tell him EVERYTHING that she lied about; that she let him grieve over a daughter that wasn't his as she stood there carrying his real daughter in her grubby baby-thieving arms, and that she did it all with the help of his father...oh i don't think there will be any reconciling any time soon between the two of them. not even close. i hope Mr. Ej DiMera lets loose with all that beautiful fury and gives nicole the lashing, ranting and raving she deserves. and then some. but it doesn't mean safe will be broken up just cuz ejole doesn't survive. but you never know... rafe could accidentally get hit on the head again during ej's lashing out at nicole and finally get amnesia and forget who sami is and then move out of town, despite sami's pleading for him to stay...sorry, i get carried away. i just think it's funny how much emphasis people put on the whole rafe-getting-hit-on-the-head-too-many-times-and-not-getting-amnesia thing.
bigrafefan
First I know this, EJ tries to get the truth out of his dad, I think we would have heard if that worked. I think EJ saves Rafe, because he believes Rafe knows what's going on. IMO, he's not about to let the holder of the truth, die. How smart is that? I think Rafe & Sami tell him together, I think he may go to the townhouse considering the fact they come to the mansion looking for Nicole & Sydney, he goes there to get to the bottom of it, and it all comes out. Only time will tell.

Well I just think Nicole and Ej fit, she loves him for who he is and they are cut from the same mold. Plus I really cannot find anyone else I would want to pair either of them up with (because of who the characters are).

That said I really wonder if Ej will spend time alone here without Daddy or anyone else and reflect. Lexie, Sami and his father (and even Brady) have all told him about how much Nicole loved him, yet she was scared to come to him. Maybe he will realize he played a part in this that he drove Nicole to this. And he will forgive her and his father and seek to rebuild his relationship with both.
tylersmom
I don't see EJ forgiving Nicole. Not only will he be unforgiving of what she has done to him, but I think he will also be unforgiving of what she has done to Sami. EJ obviously still cares deeply for Sami (from the scenes we have seen recently). I realize that EJ's interpretation of love may not be the same as the rest of us, but with that said, he obviously has feelings for Sami that are unique to her. I believe he will want Nicole's head on a platter for what she has done to Sami. Nicole doesn't love EJ, and I think EJ will even realize that. The pain of losing a child is the worst pain that there is, completely unbearable. Most people wouldn't wish that type of pain on their worst enemy. But Nicole put it on her own husband!! You don't put someone you 'love' through that type of pain just to save your own a**. And for EJ, not only did his wife put him through that pain, but so did his father. Forgiving is the last thing I see EJ being.

As for Nicole, I tried to look at things through her eyes. Not that what she did was right or even excusable, but I honestly believed that she loved Sydney- notice I said believed, past tense. In the spoilers for next week, it says that Nicole tells Chloe to take Sydney and hide her-?? THAT is what you do to a baby that you supposedly love??!! At this point Nicole apparently knows that it is over, that the truth is about to come out. Instead of doing the [i]right thing for the baby that she loves[i], which would be giving Sydney to her parents whom Nicole knows will take care of her, she wants Chloe to hide her- take the poor child away from everything and everyone that she knows! Huh? Nicole cares for no one but herself!! Even more proof- when Nicole was talking to Brady, telling him that Chad wasn't the father. Brady mentioned Mia and Nicole's response was something like, "Mia? Why is everyone so concerned about Mia? I don't get it." Ughhh!! I wanted to come through the TV and slap her myself!!! That just makes me want Nicole to be Mia's real mother even more. I want Nicole to be eaten alive with guilt for what she has done to her own child and for giving away her own grandchild! Too-shay Nicole!! mad.gif

I think Sami will tell him and this will start of them reuniting JS said something big happen with Ejami before January and i think it will Sami declaring her love for him very soon i read this on several days boards and also a woman called Chrissi who i know is reliable twitted me and told the Ejami fans to hang in there and don't tune because our couple is far from dead. She said the Safe and Ejami fans are not going be happy anytime soon and she unbiased she doesn't care who Sami ends up with i think she must of got some kind inside scoop she did say Arianna would the problem for Ejami what that means.

want nicole's head on a platter! lol.

not to mention, chloe doesn't seem like she's comfortable around syd; there was that time nicole left her with chloe and as soon as sami arrived, chloe was like, here take her, i have to go! how can nicole not even think about what all of this is doing to sydney? she must be so confused.

nicole might as well have said, "why doesn't anyone care what's happening to ME? don't you all know this is all for ME? ME ME ME!!!" she doesn't even care that mia ruined her reputation and her relationship with Will, and she did it all for nicole, since sydney isn't even mia's baby.

What Nicole has done to Mia is just so cold and heartless. That poor girl does not have a friend left in the world. I have never been overly impressed with Taylor's performances (that maybe because the writers have had her saying the same thing for 3 months now, LOL), but lately I have actually felt Mia's pain. Where's Maggie when you need her????

i know, right? i like how whenever she says 'sorry' she never ever sounds like she means it. and there have been a lot of times where she just seems like she's saying the lines monotonously; she doesn't seem to put anything into it. lol. but i will admit that lately she's been doing a better job and the viewers can actually feel her pain. i just can't believe she had to go through all of this, and she hasn't even found out her real baby is dead. i wonder what's in store for this character after the whole baby switch is revealed...
Newbie2009
Looking at the spoiler pic of Rafe with the DNA results in his hand, added to the interview in which GG says that he knocks himself out during the assasination attempt and wakes up to EJ standing over him - I'm guessing that EJ reads the report while Rafe is once again unconscious and that leads him to go home (after a quick stop at the police station) to strangle what passes for the truth out of his father (as seen in another spoiler pic). Only guessing.

I really want Sydney to be Nicole's daughter. I mean Sydney is Nicole's daughter...I just wanted DNA to prove that biologically they are connected. Sadly, though, the writers don't have the b@ll$ to write that story.

Sorry, but I don't think that Sami is entitled to Sydney because she may be Sydney's biological mother. Sydney has a mother...Nicole. Sydney is bonded to Nicole, just like the twins who play Sydney have bonded to Ari Z. I'm also so tired of reading how Sydney will be reunited with her "rightful parents". I can't tell you how many times in the real world, I've seen kids ,who've been in loving homes, placed back with "their rightful parents", only to have those children end up neglected, abused, or even dead. So this "real parent/child" or "rightful parent/child" crap just doesn't gel with me. Nope, I'm hoping that somehow Nicole gets to keep the child she's loved, as her own, from the day she was born.

I'm sorry. I am never confrontational on these boards but your post has really gotten under my skin. I could understand your train of thought if Nicole were Sydney's foster mother...but she is her KIDNAPPER. And I could agree with you if Sydney had been removed from Sami's home because of abuse or neglect...but she was STOLEN from Sami at birth. So, what your saying is if, God forbid, a child is stolen from their mother, the kidnapper should be allowed to keep the child as long as they loved him/her and treated them well? Really?

I truly, truly hope that you are just trying to rattle people's cages and that you don't honestly believe what you are saying. 'Cause if you do, then as a mother who has devoted her life to loving, nurturing, and caring for her children, you scare the sh** out of me.

This is a soap. These are characters on a soap opera! Do I condone kidnapping in the real world? NO! But dammit this is a freaking television show...and if some people can look past other character's indiscretions (like rape, murder, extortion) then why the hell can't the same be done for Nicole? Look, we all have our favorites on this show. Nicole happens to be one of mine.

I did take my post outside the realm of tv though. I'm sorry for opening that door. I really shouldn't have done that. This is about soap characters, though, not people that we may know personally. blink.gif

I really wanted Sydney to be Niclole's also. I am really disappointed with the way this story has turned out and I am not looking forward to the ending. Don't particularly want to see Sami smack Nicole and to watch Baby Sydney taken away from her. I am also not liking EJ at the moment. EJ is the last person to be casting stones. He has done worst things to other people and that includes Sami so, why would he not forgive Nicole. Nicole did him a favour. Because of her he got to bond with his own daughter. He got to see all of her first that he would not have experienced if Nicole had not done what she did. Why would he hold it against Nicole because Sami missed out on bonding with her baby. This is the exact same thing Sami did to him. ( she still believes Grace is her child). As you said, the pain of losing a child is the worst pain there is. Nicole lost a child. Her reason for not telling EJ was because she did not want him to experience the pain she had to go through. She should have told him but she couldn't bring herself to do it.

Since EJ is such a fickle character, Nicole is better off without him. I think it is such a shame because EJole were great.

Truce?? Like I said, I am NEVER confrontational, but when you interjected real-life scenarios, I was concerned about the true meaning of what you were saying. I apologize for getting so worked up.

Nicole is one of my favorites as well, and I adore her interaction with Sydney. The twins are very comfortable with AZ. I hope that AS is able to build that same relationship with them. I love seeing Sydney and want her air time to remain the same, not sent off to Caroline's like the rest of Sami's children. I really hope that Nicole's character is given a child of her own eventually, one that she doesn't have to worry about being taken away from her constantly. But, as a mother, I want Sami to be reunited with her child.

So, can we be friends?

Truce!

As a mom, I can understand wanting Sami to be reunited with her child. As a woman who wants to adopt a child, though, I feel that biology shouldn't be a deciding factor in being a "real parent".

And of course we can be friends!

I want Ej to know by sami, not anyone else. I really don`t want to see rafe telling Ej anything because it does`nt concern him. Although he was the one that got the results, Ejami child is none of his business. I want sami to tell Ej in a loving or remorseful way. I don`t want her to just say "Oh Ej, I forgot to tell you, sydney is your child" That would be so stupid and plot driven. I want her to kinda beat around the bush. but then she finally admits that she shares two children with him, then they can take a vocation, elope and have hot sex on a beach then......... okay wishful thinking tongue.gif In all honestly I want sami to tell him. I don`t really have a problem with stefano telling him, but stefano has deceived Ej too many times and Ej would be more heartbroken then ever. I just want Ej to know the truth, it really does`nt matter who spils the beans, but It would be more fitting if Ej learns the truth from samantha!

What I want to see is Sami and Rafe telling Elvis together, informing him that since he threw Sydney OUT, she will not darken his doorway ever again because Sami has SOLE custody. Of "That".

Then they take turns kicking his teeth in and go together to put up the new "Grace Rafaella Brady" headstone.

What I want to see is Sami and Rafe telling Elvis together, informing him that since he threw Sydney OUT, she will not darken his doorway ever again because Sami has SOLE custody. Of "That".

Then they take turns kicking his teeth in and go together to put up the new "Grace Rafaella Brady" headstone.
rolling.gif wishful thinking, I don`t see that happening anytime soon. Rafe can go buh bye because Ejami share a child and they are bound to get closer, he might want to sniff around carly because he would need some company.

Truce!

As a mom, I can understand wanting Sami to be reunited with her child. As a woman who wants to adopt a child, though, I feel that biology shouldn't be a deciding factor in being a "real parent".

And of course we can be friends!

Your absolutely right- biology isn't everything. I have actually considered adoption myself. I love children, but my husband feels as though my hands are already full as it is. Good luck to you with the adoption process- I know that it can be a tough, but it is such a beautiful and rewarding thing.

I can't believe that someone would say this!! First of all, I will agree that Syd has bonded with Nicole, but it was her lying and scheming that made it so. It is Nicole's fault that Syd bonded with the wrong mother. You cannot even compare this situation with putting kids back with their "rightful parents". I'm sure you are talking about situations of abuse and what not, but not because they were switched at birth. That's like saying a kidnapper whoudl get to keep the child he has kidnapped unlawfully just because they are bonded to him/her. Should JC have stayed with her abductor because she was gonded. Give me a breat! I could see if Syd was in her teens, now years with the same mom it would devistate her, but Syd is like 7 months old, she probably won't even remember Nicole. Yes, it will be hard on her at first, but she will adjust. Nicole should not be rewarded for doing what she did by getting to keep her!! That's like kidnappers get to keep the kids they take!

I'm sure that in several years, Nicole's baby will come back and it will be another storyline.

As for how I want them to find out, it doesn't matter, as long as Sami and EJ ream Nicole!! I read she would be in prison, I hope it's true!!

great post! i can't believe someone would compare sydney's situation with an abuse situation! plus, sydney isn't even a year yet, so once she gets used to sami she will probably forget about nicole, as long as nicole doesn't get to see her every once in a while. i mean, when you're older, the furthest back you can remember is like 4 years old. anything before that is gone. u don't remember it. so it's not like syd will be devastated by not being with nicole. plus, she already knows her daddy(Ej) so it's not like she'll have to get used to 2 completely brand new parents. sorry, i had to vent, since there are people who think it would be so horrible to take sydney from nicole, when she's too young to even know what's going on.

Sami is his business, so that makes Sydney his business.

If it weren't for Rafe catching onto Nicole's odd behavior, no one would know anything. EJ wouldn't even had much reason to suspect she was lying about the miscarriage. He interactions with Rafe triggered a lot of EJ's suspicions.

I think EJ will stumble into finding out. Like he'll hear Sami freaking out about it or her and Rafe freaking out about it. But I don't think Sami will try to keep Sydney away from him after everything is out and over. Especially since their scenes with all of this Nicole nonsense and the cemetery visit. Plus, Rafe has been worried about their relationship - possibly some foreshadowing?- so I think Sydney will stay a DiMera, but outside the mansion. EJ will HATE his father for letting him think his child was dead and that his REAL child he kicked out.

As to the bolded part...you are absolutely right..you cannot compare this situation with putting kids back with their "rightful parents"" because this is a soap opera with fictional characters. Sadly, though, Days does sometimes imitate life. Nicole isn't the only character who has lied, schemed, done despicable things. EJ is guilty of that, and Sami has done more than her fair share of manipulating (I seem to recall her trying to get rid of her own baby sister...doctoring paternity results on several occasions...). Yet Sami and EJ seem to get a pass for all the grief they've caused, while many are ready to lynch Nicole. This is a soap opera.

That said, if I found out tomorrow that the child I've raised for nearly 8 years is not my biological child, I wouldn't just turn my back on him to go find my "real child". The child I've loved and cared for is my child. I don't think that I'd be entitled to my biological just because he and I share DNA. He would have a life with the parents who have raised him, and to rip him away from his family would just be too traumatic...we would have to get to know each other gradually.
**note please... don't use the names of real kidnap victims when replying to my posts mad.gif! Keep it to focused on the show. I can only imagine how it feels to have your child snatched away from you. I think that comparing the characters and their situation to actual kidnap victims is a slap in the face to actual kidnap victims and their families. This is about EJ, Sami, Nicole, Sydney and the other characters in this storyline...please don't bring real people into it. **
