So, just to lighten things up a little.....what's the collective opinion on FINALISTS?
I think Rudy (GO RUDY!), Allen, Danny for sure....and then a toss up between Rebecca and Liz. I know Liz probably has the votes if she falls below the yellow line with Rebecca but who knows what curve balls will be thrown in the next couple of episodes.

I think that the final four will be the Liz, Danny, Allen & Rudy. With only Amanda and rebecca left of the younger players, the deck is stacked against either one of them if they fall below. I think the odds are against either of them to be in the final. Personally, I really like Amanda and don't like Rebecca, so I would love to see Amanda in the finals. I don't like Rudy and I would like to see him go home next week. If I had my way, I would like to see Liz, Danny & Amanda in the final 3 and Danny winning the whole thing.

I agree with your assessment -- and I think we will see Rudy, Allen, Danny, and Rebecca -- but
for me -- DANNY! for the win. Although, really, I like all of the people who are left. I'd be ok with Rudy, Allen, or even Rebecca winning.

(I'd love to see Liz. She's really my favorite -- but I think her knee won't hold out. What she did with that movie was unbelievable!)

I know this is supposed to be a negative thread, but OMG DANNY! I sooo want him to win. He scared me bad tonight. I thought his hip was gunna give and he'd have to be sent home. I like Rudy too, but he has this casual conqueror thing about him. He makes me think that this is all very easy for him (even when I know the truth must be that it is hard - he wouldn't be on the show if it were easy).

I really adore Liz, even if I'm still not entirely sure that the home video thing was done purely altruistically. Still, she's come a long way and I'd like to see her stay for at least another week after this.

I'd like to see Rebecca, Danny and Allen make the final - don't really care who the fourth person is. I really would have liked it to have been Shay, or one of the girls who was eliminated in the last few weeks.

I'd like to see Rudy, Danny, and Allen make it to the final 4. I'm not really crazy about any of the girls that are left.

It would be very interesting though if either Amanda or Rebecca does make it and ends up winning the whole thing...that would be the 4th pink team girl in a row to win Biggest Loser.

Amanda will be there. The producers aren't going to give up a chance to show the model the show created at every possible second. She looks really good already and by the end of the show she'll look drop dead gorgeous. I don't understand why people don't like her, she is by far the least whiniest of the remaining females and seems to take the whole America chose me thing to heart.

Allen and Danny deserve to be there. Then its a tossup between Rudy and Rebecca. I picked Rebecca because I think he'll get canned at the first chance the competitors get. If he's in the finale, whoever is remaining will have no chance to win.

H'mm. I would have to agree with this, now that I think about it. I voted differently, but I think Rudy would be an obvious contestant to pick off once the other contestants have the chance. If he leaves I think it's more or less in the bag for Danny. Of the remaining contestants he pulls the biggest numbers.

I'm not sure if Allen will make it. It's going to get harder for him to have a high percentage. Rebecca I think will push it far enough to stay.

Rudy for sure- he's just such a nice guy and his numbers are incredible. Danny as well because he is right there behind Rudy. I really hope Allen actually wins the whole thing, partly because he's a fire fighter, but also because his transformation is just amazing. He too seems like such an amazing person.

Out of the women, Rebecca is probably my favorite. She's a little too much drama for my taste, but less so than the other too. I used to like Liz, but now she is just on my nerves. I'm very impressed by her strength though. Amanda needs to get over the "i'm the fat girl" thing. Every time she gets in that mindset she just defeats herself. I understand she has her demons, but she needs to deal with those if she wants to succeed. I feel like she gives up too much. Growing up, my coaches NEVER would have let me pull those stunts. Leave your baggage at the door and do your job in the gym, then pick it up when you leave. I'm also a little tired of her infatuation with Bob.

I know I already said this once in another post...but for me... Danny! I just adore him! He's so sweet, honest, etc. It would be a real treat if he was the winner. I liked Rudy a lot also, but after this past episode I stopped Rudding (pardon my pun) for him as much. I know a lot of people won't agree, but I can't help it. If it's going to be a female (although for the first time, I'm rooting for the males) then I would like it to go to Rebecca.

I'm thinking that Rudy, Danny, Allen and Liz are going to stick together as an alliance, now that just the pink girls are left. As long as 2 of them aren't below the yellow line at the same time, and they don't have another red line week, they'd be a shoo in for the final 4.

Totally agree on the alliance angle. I do think that Rebecca will manage to sneak in the final four via some type of immunity. Unfortunately based on alliances I think that leaves Allen on the outs.

Does anyone know if this season will give one of the voted off contestants the opportunity to come back on the ranch? I guess it's not happening this season because doesn't it usually happen before the "makeover" week?

I don't think they'll do it for this season, but I'd like to see another opportunity like Daniel had for Shay. She really pulled out all the stops this passed week and to be honest I was really tiffed that she was voted off rather than Amanda who COULD have done it at home. I know Shay looked great on Leno but I think that after this week and having that taste of success, she would've done amazing in the final weeks (which is probably why they voted her off)

Is that what it is? I thought there was something about her that keeps me from thinking she'll be amongst the final 4. I can't quite understand her mindset and of the remaining cats I can relate to her least. I just don't get why she doesn't take advantage of the training Jillian has to offer instead of only using Bob.

And I voted for Rebecca, but I'd love to see Sean or Antoine brought back to make the finals. It would be a shame if they didn't bring someone back this season because it seemed like most of the likable contestants went home early.

I don't think they are going to bring somebody back this season. It's too late. Finales in just 3 weeks. I do think Sean or Antoine could very well be the at home winners would just be great.

Even tho it seems like Liz & Amanda should be on the chopping block next week, I have a feeling that it may not be both (or even one of them for that matter). Who knows??

I would love to see either Danny or Allen win. They are already winners, by having lost the weight they have thus far, and no doubt will continue to lose. But someone has to win the money, so I really hope it is one of them. I do not want southern Liz and her controlling ways to win, I certainly do not want Amanda to win, I am so tired of her "America chose me" attitude, (is that the only reason she is losing the weight), and I most definitely do not want Rudy....I just cannot abide the man! He is so lame.....play the game but be honest....when you vote someone off say it is because you consider them a threat, don't make up a sorry --- reason. I would have loved Rebecca to be in the finals but unfortunately that did not happen. I am keeping my fingers crossed that Danny or Allen win this season.

Amanda yesterday "this is one of the best things that has happened at the ranch" referring to the makeover, I would have thought the best thing was losing the weight.....you got your health back. She is definitely young.

I would not mind if Rudy and Allen were below the yellow line. I definitely do not want Danny there. I think I like Liz and Amanda equally but feel it's a man's turn to win this year. If a woman wins it will either be pink like last year or older like last year.

I have said it before but I'll say it again. What I really would like to see is the very last show before they pick the finalests bring everyone back for a last chance week with the 3 top weight losers in the finals. No voting just honest weight lose so that biggest loser is the winner. That might be just the wake-up call needed to all the game players in the future. And since this is the "second chance season" maybe my wish will come true.

One thing to keep in mind is that this coming show will probably be the last time the contestants vote someone off, as the following week will most likely be "America votes". This means alliances don't mean anything anymore, as someone can decide to break the alliance without repercussions.

As such, Liz and Amanda are probably safe, provided they don't both fall below the line, in which case Amanda would probably go as this is the one case I see the older alliance kicking in.

The only real alliance that remains is the Danny/Liz alliance. After what Rudy did to Shay and Rebecca, there's no way he would get Amanda's vote, so Liz and Danny may align with her.

I agree... Rudy or Danny, although I hope it's Danny. I don't think either of the women have shown that they could lose a big enough percentage to win. Liz would have to pull a "Helen" from last season to even come close. Amanda would have to get down to about 110 pounds and she just doesn't seem to have the attitude like Ali did. Plus neither woman has lost as much on the ranch as other women in the past.
