Tonight's episode was absolutely awesome. The actions and sequencing was up to speed and in an excellent pace. We got to learn more about Samuel's plans for the carnival and what can become of him. We also got to see a serious arc happen with Sylar and some great potential to finish him off. So we have two amazing arc's in the story and the one involving Samuel is going to be beyond Sylar and it will be great to see it play out. Joseph was a brave man to try to stop Samuel from becoming to powerful and it will be great to see this storyline as well. All in all; a very great episode and one that draw's you back into the show. I can't wait to see what happens next.

I thought it was a wonderful blend of drama and humor. Tracy with Claire "Freeze", Bennett's look when he sees her foot!
So Glad to see Nathan and Peter together: The Flying Petrelli Brothers, woo hoo!

I loved the episode too. It was just over all epic. I loved Nylars plot and just every thing. Next weeks looks even more awesome.

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome.

First, if it possible to look hotter than Hayden did in her opening scenes I'm not sure I've seen it, but only two of the awesomes were for her, lol, the episode was great too.

They showed a very natural progression of the story. Filling in Samual's back story is entirely sensible and its great to see a connection. I wonder if Angela knows Samual's mom. The loop on explaining the compass is now closed too.

Its now clear to me that "Redemption" isn't about the characters, but rather the series itself.

I like the way we're slowly learning about Samuel and why he will be a major threat. It's also interesting the way everything was revealed to Peter, yet it didn't change his reaction to Nylar at all. I thought it was funny when Peter just said "Hi, Rene!", as if everyone knew that was the Haitian's name all along. Also noteworthy was Sylar didn't just take over his body right away. There was definitely a lot of suspense in this episode.

The absolute best episode of the season. A lot of things were revealed and it was very intense. That hospital scene between Peter, Nathan, Sylar and Matt had me on the edge of my seat.

Generally I enjoyed the episode.
The best thing about the episode was the pacing and it's chock full of content and eventful drama that has been lacking all season.
By far the Mohinder/Samual/Hero storyline was the best, with the off beat Tracy/Claire story taking up just enough time to keep us interested without feeling like our time is being wasted.

Also the Matt, Nate, Pete, Sylar story was full of life an energy unlike anything this season.
Though I have reservations about Peter's actions, which seem drastically out of character in some respects.

Of all the characters Peter has crossed paths with Rene has always been straght with him and trust worthy.
I would think his warning would have had more weight than it did.

I rate this episode as the best of the season...which isn't saying much.
But it could be a positive step for the show.

Also A+ for the Mohinder Introduction. Now we only need a monologue at the start of each episode with his mad ramblings about life and death, ying and yan, or other obscure philosophies that each episode is based on. lol.

I also agree this episode was the best of the season so far.

I loved almost every aspect of it, by far Peter/Nathan together again was the best of the whole episode, and the ending scene almost had me crying.

I also loved the Matt/Sylar scenes and all four of them together was just as great as I hoped it would be from reading all the spoilers.

I liked Tracy and Claire as well. Good storyline without taking up to much time. And I wasn't feeling *so* much like "let's get back to Peter/Nathan".....

I liked Mohinder returning which I didn't expect, I think Hiro is a tool this season. He's become quite unpredictable. And while I get why he did what he did to Mohinder, I still don't agree with it. wink.gif I wanna like Hiro, I really really do, and he's had his moments. But right now I'm just like grrrrr. tongue.gif. He went from being awesomely Heroic with some comedic relief, to be the annoying comic relief, to now being a tool who's only focused on getting Charlie back. It's just frustrating to me.

And I will agree some of Peter's actions seemed slightly out of character for him this season, he was ignoring Nathan at the beginning of this season. BUT on the other hand, he had to know how much confusion Nathan was going through. Nathan was uncharacteristically vulnerable with Peter last night, and I know in my own relationship with my sister, no matter what issues we may have with each other, in a pinch when we really need each other, we're there. No matter what, so in light of that, Peter isn't really acting out of character.

All in all, fabulous episode, absolutely my favorite so far this season and I have no doubts the next 2 possible 3 episodes will top it......
