I would stop eating out, don't buy any snacks or soft drinks. Drink water and have fresh fruit and vegetables for snacks instead. Try to cook all fresh food rather than processed or frozen dinners. The biggest expenses in food beside meat is usually soft drinks, alcohol, name-brand snack crackers and chips and eating out or eating fast food. Eliminate all of that and you should be eating healthy and saving money.
