Thanks to Lee, John and BeeBull they have secured the Hotel for the East Coast Ranger Gathering in Baltimore, MD which will be held September 18-20, 2009. Lee spoke with the sales department today requesting a block of 10-15 rooms with a rate of $89-99

Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/Arundel Mills, 7491-A New Ridge Road, Hanover, Maryland, 21076 Tel: 1-410-878-7200

Arundel Mills is all new area and has largest mall in Md. nice area also BWI hotels and very close to BWI and Baltimore. We are also looking to go to visit Ft. McHenry where the Star Spangled Banner was penned, the Baltimore Inner Harbor and on Saturday Night we are planning to attend the Baltimore Orioles vs. the Boston Redsox game at Camden yards.

We need people to post to this thread as I will be ordering the game tickets in advance. Baltimore is like Fenway Park South, Redsox Fans swarm to Camden Yards to watch the games so the tickets will go fast.

This promises to be a great time. So who is In?

Reds, I just posted to the other thread about this, I'm about a 60/40 chance in favor of coming at this point, if you have to order the tickets to the game soon, go ahead and put me down for one. If I can't make it, I'll make sure you get paid back for it unless someone else takes it. This trip sounds like fun, I love visiting historical sites.

No problem Jim, I'll copy your's sell it to a Boston fan and have extra room to stack them beers on while me an Reds enjoy the game, thanks. Course the Reds fan will be booted as I show your real ticket saying 'Just waiting on a friend'' who sang that one?

When do things kick off on Friday?

I am looking at Southwest and there are early morning flights departing on Friday and coming back early Monday @$98 round trip but requires 2 days off work/doable.

Starting to plan this out

I believe that was the Stones. I'd say the odds are a little better at this time Lee, probably more like 70% chance of making it. Has a start time been set yet? Coming from the west coast, I'm gonna lose 3 hours on the trip meaning unless I leave at like 4:00 am, I won't get there until very late in the afternoon on Friday. Unless I get there on Thursday, wow I hadn't thought of that before. But the hotel thing probably won't include Thursday.

Pool is indoors Reds so I doubt that is allowed however I did ask Tina if crabs could be brought in and she showed me 2 different patio's that they would accommodate us with. They even had grills there to, so I'm thinking roated corn on the cob and shish ka bobs also.
